CHRISTMAS. AND. NEW YEARS.

     

Tis the season!  Christmas is next week and I honestly can't believe how warm it is! Today I want to transform the letters of my blog into CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS!  I feel like so many times Christmas spirit gets lost and studies show that a high amount of people actually become depressed at Christmas and New Years!  I find that easy to believe seeing how if you're single, you see everyone with couple photos under the mistletoe and BAM - depressed, OR you see people spending lots of money (that you wish you also had) OR you think the weather is too cold or too hot!  Media, stores and means of entertainment portray a feeling of Christmas that HAS to be one way and so many times people become sadden that they don't feel that way!  That is why I wanted to spread a little joy as to how I have kept the Christmas spirit this year in hopes it may help someone else out there.
First things first is thanksgiving!

Giving of thanks to those around you and a Creator who provided you each day of life.  Meditation and prayer are a must when you are filled with holiday stress and anxiety, meditation brings the brainwave pattern into a relaxed state that promotes healing. The mind becomes fresh, delicate and beautiful, not to mention TRULY giving things to someone higher than you (GOD) frees you from all worry.  Second thing that is a MUST is focusing on how much you have.  TOO MANY times during the holidays the focus becomes exactly on everything you don't personally possess, SO SAD!  I have found that loving exactly what I have brings joy to my heart that money cannot buy. If this is a problem area for you, possibly work on it..go to a homeless shelter, google some non profit organizations and get into contact with some people that TRULY have SO MUCH less than you, I promise this will help you appreciate and enjoy your own life.

     Third thing is GIVING, should have been the first lol.  I have made a commitment within myself to completely FOCUS in on giving to those around me this time of year.  I must admit I use to become excited about receiving and maybe a level of maturity had to kick in but GIVING is what brings joy to my heart.  Questions I ask myself include, "How can I give back?"  I have been so blessed that I want to be a blessing to someone else. 

    After you have accomplished the 3 steps, I find that bargain hunting and decorating with things I find SUPUH CHEAP bring me a lot of excitement and joy LOL! I want to share a couple tips for bargain hunting this time of year.  I have become ONE with consignment shops because I have purchased SO MANY brand new items for prices like .99 - 2.99!  Dishes, DECOR, clothing, shoes, etc.  I also enjoy crafting and handmade my Christmas tree skirt.  Christmas tree skirts are an item that I could not find retail for less than 13$!!  I found that ridiculous and call me cheap but I went right to hobby lobby and chose the christmas fabric that was 50% off and christmas ribbon that was also 50% off and made my tree skirt for under $5!  I decorated the tree with ornaments, lights and tinsel but I FILLED in the tree with branches and pinecones from the ground outside and used a little GOLD spray paint and sparkle to them making my tree FULL and SHINY, another very inexpensive way to spruce up your home this time of year.

     Christmas lights lighten the heart and songs of good tidings and cheer should be heard at this time of year.  One thing I always try to do is listen to uplifting music but ESPECIALLY this time of year!   Time with loved ones and family and your very own traditions are all a blessing and what a great way to kick off the NEW YEAR!  NO matter what it is you are facing this Christmas, CHRIST is the reason for the season!  LOVE< JOY<AND PEACE to you all!!

Perseverance: 
noun: 
steadfastness in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success.

     I hope that this post finds many people with at least a small amount of perseverance seeing how the one word separates the successful from the unsuccessful, the winners from the losers, the victorious from the mundane.  In any walk of life, relationship, business plan, religion, etc. there has to be a little perseverance in your life in order to really and truly make it.  As I felt led to blog about this noun I found many quotes that are amazing by some very successful and influential people that I am going to share ..

     I find all of those quotes inspirational and I kind of threw it back old school (lol) because those people molded our future, I mean they did some GREAT things.  Achieving great things is not something that just comes, achieving greatness influentially for good, for God, for business, for love, for friendship, for ANYTHING requires this very attribute of remaining steadfast in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving the desired success!!  Life can hold some extremely difficult heart aches, turns, shifts, roller coasters and solid mountains but through it all the only thing that can keep a human ticking is just that, KEEP TICKING, KEEP GOING. 
     I have not always found it so easy to remain positive, I come from a previous very negative mindset but it is BECAUSE OF the personal difficulty in my life and coming OUT on the other side of the difficulty STRONGER and BETTER than before that has built within a very positive and persevered mindset.  GOD receives all of the credit for that in my life, now you may not handle your situations the same as myself, your credit may get merited to your strength and your personality or for whatever other reason but I simply say that the credit goes to my Heavenly Father because Ive tried it without HIM and I failed every single time. (lol)
     In my life I use to remain mundane and I use to believe that is how life was meant to be lived, you know the basic life of working, eating, sleeping, hopefully falling in love, maybe getting married etc etc etc. and I am not implying that that life is mundane for ALL but for someone such as myself that seemed so boring as to my personality!  If it had not been for some extended family sitting me down and talking to me about this very subject of perseverance, I would NEVER be where I am today.  I would never be this happy. 
     Every human is different and every person has a different purpose.. nevertheless EVERY ONE HAS A PURPOSE.  So, the reason for my blogging today just comes with wanting to give back a little and encourage everyone (if you're not already) to PERSEVERE and to tell you that you C>A>N!!!!!

Grace.

Hello friends.  Wow, it has been a little while!  Today is the fresh start to a fresh new week.. New morning new mercies! Today I feel impressed to write about grace and how God is not bias to grace, PRAISE HIM!


Grace is something that we all need, grace is the very reflection of Gods existence, GRACE is WHO GOD IS.  So in writing I want to bring front and center that this post is all about God and HOW GREAT He is!  So, if you don't serve Him or know Him I want to impress you to read on lol.

Many times humans become complacent in a certain lifestyle, complacent in a mind frame, complacent in a pre-conceived idea of Who God is and how God works.. I am here proclaiming that God works in ways we can't even comprehend!  God also works in plans we would never even know existed.  Gods oceans of ability is a spoonful of doubt in the eyes of a human.
When it comes to the time where we actually have to step out of the boat of fear and into the waters of faith is almost always the moment when we sink!!!!  Our boats are not floating, they are standing still and the only way to move is getting out of that boat.

There is a pattern of life and I always end up entailing it to C.A.N... COURAGE. ADVERISTY. NEW.

The cycle of life.

How does this relate to anything?  Today I am relating this to our Christian lives... In some points we gain COURAGE to step out of our boats and we trust & in some cases causes ADVERSITY which produces a new mind frame, a new understanding, a BRAND NEW GRACE received.


The grace of God is what has brought you through, me through and any other human being walking on this planet.
A new start to a new week brings us reason to THANK GOD FOR HIS GRACE ... bringing us through another week!
It is so EASY to shine light on ourselves to say "look what I have done" ... But may I encourage us to take 2 steps back and say "WOW LOOK WHAT GOD DID THROUGH ME!"

Pleasing self. YOU CAN LIVE WITHOUT.

Hello there everybody, how is life treating you?  I don't know if you're at a mountain or a valley but to uplift you in spirit I give to you words of encouragement that no matter if a mountain or a valley, there is a Heavenly Father using it for good.  I come today, talking about how we are basically focused on a society of selfishness and self pleasing tactics.  The idea of pleasing others is thought of to be RIDICULOUS and the idea of pleasing a Heavenly Creator is thought to be INSANE.  The Bible? "What is that?"  Today's children are raised to believe disobedience to parents is humorous and in return makes self relying adults.. Steering FAR AND CLEAR from God. 

So, the real questions lie within those who have come so far from Gods point of view > to all that self can offer> before it is stale, old, boring, dissatisfying?  Let's focus on positive vibes.. You see, with God, there is an ENDLESS array of new beginnings, hopes, dreams, comfort, peace, contentment!  With self, there is eventually a place you will come that is FULL of emptiness. You cannot find LIGHT within your own self, you cannot find GUIDANCE within your own self, you cannot find COMFORT within your own self... These things that every human being needs is found solely in a higher power.   So! When the WORLD is telling us to "DO WHATEVER YOU want to do" & "Just because you were born a girl doesn't mean you were meant to stay a girl" or "What makes YOU feel good, yeah do THAT"... What the world is truly saying is "YOU HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS to your OWN LIFE" 

Now, let's stop and think for a moment where "our" lives came from.. Did we feed ourselves when we were babies?  Did we teach ourselves how to walk? Did we teach ourselves how to talk? Did we teach ourselves how to read and write and draw?  No.  We have always had someone else there guiding us and leading us, so WHY is it different when we become adults?  The answer is: ITS NOT. God is our Creator and Father. 

Living for SELF is not a satisfying life, you will find yourself empty, sad and meaningless.

Praising those who live for self is like praising a disobedient child for slapping another child for taking his toy.  Selfishness is not living.  

Selfishness will not bring happiness. 

You CAN live a life of serving others, you CAN live a life that is morally right and you CAN live a life that is telling self being #1.> "NO" and telling kindness, helping others & God...> "YES"

~Start a new trend.

Ideas from experience. Soul ties.

     So, how is everyone?  I hope if you read this it finds you healthy, happy, active, inspired, renewed and filled with Christs love.  I feel like my writing tonight comes from a spot in the soul that does not get tread very often and IN FACT I'm SURE I ignore it every chance I get.
     A few months ago I was facing a couple of things and I stumbled across an idea to sorta write, andddddd not write per say but just sort of log or BLOG. Haha .... It came to me at a time when I felt a passion because of another circumstance that I wanted to channel the negative energy into possibly a more positive energy, so anytime I felt that negative energy I could blog it out into a positive for ANYONE who may find the 5 minutes of time to read!  I pray that I can do this for people.
     If you have not already noticed, my focus for writing today is on the soul so I figured I would give a couple definitions for you because it seems as if that always help out a clearer picture in my mind..

Soul: noun: The spiritual part of a person that is believed to give life to the body : a persons deeply felt moral and emotional nature: the ability of a person to feel kindness and sympathy for others, to appreciate beauty and art;
Tie: noun: something that is shared by people or groups and that forms a connection between them;

     Those definitions are going to help.

     We all have souls and that is not a single point to me writing tonight, I am not here to argue the fact of whether or not we have souls!  My writing is from pure experience of what happens when two souls become tied, knit, joined per say.  So if I am ever to ask a question to those reading, it is now >>

"Do you believe this happens and in what extremity?" Friendships? Lovers? Soul mates? Your answers would be ever so helpful.  

     I know for a fact that there are times is which we meet someone and something inside just clicks, the chemistry from one to another is good, pleasant, inviting & sometimes almost like an electric current streaming from one soul to the other.  Why God allows this form is both beautiful and unknown but nevertheless, REAL.  So if you have ever experienced a soul tie you can understand the 

length of process it is to untie it per say and to unknot and loosen, it takes some getting use to and some strength.  I often wonder how can a soul tie happen if it is not healthy or if it is not even meant to be tied in the first place !?  The answer is, it WAS meant to be but may be only for a short period of time in which He may use it for the edifying of your life.  

     It just so happens I have a good amount of knowledge in this area and I wanted to shed light on the subject of allowing a peace to come over your soul in your quest to find rest of untieing a soul tie that is no longer needed ...

First observation is to allow your mind time to actually give thanks for the ties He has allowed to enter your life, always give thanks.  It will be soon after that the light may be shed on areas of good that the soul tie may have helped, again give thanks.  There may even come a time in which you begin to see the things you dislike and regret again, give thanks.  

Recognizing it's purpose is going to help you to accept the fact that it is no longer needed, you have passed that test, you no longer are in that arena of education and have moved on, be proud ! Pat yourself on the back ! 

And never forget that GOD is rooting for you.  This also brings me to a point of Christ, if you have not accepted Him into your life and realized that HE IS THE ONLY WAY, that He is the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE and no man cometh unto the Father except by Him.. If you have not done this I feel as though your soul is clouded and darkened and you need and MUST shed the light of Jesus Christ into your soul.  John 14:6! 

Trust in what the future of goodness and God holds for you... Saying goodbye to a person your soul loves is not easy and is a challenge but I write with a purpose!  God is the number one soul tie that we all must have for we were created with it!  It is a soul tie in which you must accept, one in which you must allow, one in which will change your life in such a miraculous way that you will NEVER need to untie!  Your soul tie with CHRIST is one in which you must give thanks and knot and tie DAILY.  

I have to admit that letting go of earthly soul ties is often as painful as your worst fear but not accepting and knotting your soul tie with CHRIST is even scarier and far more insecure... For you may just drown, with a loose rope,  hooked on to even the securest Anchor! 

Forgiveness is such an easy gift to give, right?

           Saying "I'm sorry" is only the half of it.

Hello everyone, long time no talk.  I hope everyone had a lovely CHRISTMAS and a memory filled holiday with family!!  I have to say that I enjoyed myself very much and my mother touched my heart in many ways this year.   With all of the joyous wishes I come back to the purpose of my post which is "Forgiveness".

To be forgiven is one thing but when it's time to forgive it seems as if we completely forget how, we want to be forgiven right away but forgiving someone for wrongdoing seems next to impossible!!  Ehh, I believe it's our human nature and self defense mode but we must be very careful not to dampen the terrible effect that unforgiveness and bitterness have on our lives. 

So, how many times do we look back on our lives ( on a regular basis) and remember a time when somebody caused us a little pain and in that moment feel a little anger, a little frustration, a little seed of bitterness rising up?  There are days when this may happen and then there are days that this may seem ridiculous and the thought of unforgiveness is irrelevant because you just "KNOW" you've moved on.... Right? 😏   I am basically saying that if the days happen when that little bit of annoyance pops up out of nowhere, then chances are you have NOT fully forgiven and you have NOT fully moved on and chances ARE you are NOT fully free from poison. 

Let me take it back to scripture when the soldiers were crucifying JESUS, now... After being beat with a cat of nine tails, having a crown of thorns placed on my head, my skin nearly one hundred percent ripped from my bones, hands and feet nailed to a cross for committing absolutely NO sin, that being me, I cannot honestly say that my heart would have felt warm with forgiveness and soft with love but wasn't it in that very moment that JESUS Christ Himself prayed "Father Forgive them, for they know not what they do"

Allow me to take it a step further... How about we remember a time in which WE caused pain to someone else?  A time in which WE did wrong and when WE were the ones needing forgiveness?  How much lighter did it make your heart when the "victim" truly forgave you?  A weight feels lifted and feels as if life can proceed, SO if we know how that made us feel, shouldn't we give the same feeling in return?  

I say all this to focus on a very important PRIORITY in life and that is "forgiveness".  For without Jesus' blood there would be no remission of sin and without YOUR forgiveness, there is not a CHANCE to lead a healthy life...for with poison streaming through our veins, life becomes death.  

I just challenge us all to pack a backpack with a mirror and a light and travel deep within to reveal whether or not we are sugar coating our poison or if we are clean from the debri of bitterness.
